Welded my fittings in the tank. One extra. One for the return from my boost reference regulator. One to go to a spare auxiliary fuel cell in the floor ruckus style. My battery is in the trunk now.
Image

I drilled and tapped the factory fuel regulator and blocked the blow off with a bolt. It supplies maximum pressure to my external regulator now.

Here's where I am now

So I fired it up. It's quiet...like way quieter than stock with stock exhaust quiet. Slealth mode. My diesel fuel pump I was using for a turbo supply pump worked at 5psi of oil pressure for about 2min before it quit. Now I'm on the hunt for a low pressure 12v oil pump that can take 200 degrees. I'm thinking about fabing one out of a crf50 high flow pump. If anyone has Any ideas on an oil pump please speak up.

Good news....bad news.

Bad News: tuning is not going to happen tomorrow I've ordered some more parts. I'm not feeling very fuzzy about this 1 bar MAP sensor and check valve setup with the tuning. I will be running on fuel table only after vacuum goes away. I need a 2 or 3 bar MAP that reads boost.

Good News: DYNOJET does make a Multi Function Hub that piggy backs to my commander USB III. I ordered it and the 3 bar MAP sensor to go with. Ill have pressure input to my ECU and table! So this is way better for rideability.

My issues now are: waiting on more parts before moving on. I could tune it to drag race at WOT with the 1 bar and fuel table as I am now but cruising around could go lean if the cruise throttle position is low but rpm is fast enough to spool the turbo. I havnt read that's the case but my own logic is thinking that situation is possible. I don't want a drag scooter. I want a daily rider that's fast. The multi hub with pressure input will turn the fuel up with boost off the MAP voltage. Another exciting thing is the hub will run with dyno jets ignition module. The ignition module will control timing plus or minus 10 degrees off either gear position or speed sensor. So I can roll the timing back with speed or load on the motor. This means more boost and less fuel! Which means more power. Problem though....dyno jet DOES NOT offer the ignition module for the majesty hub. I don't know if its just because the module is a standard unit with plugs for your vehicle and they don't have one with majesty plugs? But they offer a module for the tmax, so I am getting wiring diagrams for the majesty and tmax...then ill attempt to wire the tmax module to the majesty if I study the diagrams and think its possible enough to justify spending the money to buy the unit to possiblely waste. Both yamaha, both single cylinder cvt scooters. It might work. Anyway the hub will put me worlds ahead with pressure input off the 3 bar MAP sensor. Ill still be limited on boost because of timing and injector size. BUT if the tmax module works...I can have more boost by rolling timing back and that will require a little less fuel. Then ill still be limited on injector size.

If anyone knows of a bigger injector or is savy at getting yamaha info HELP. Input on the ingition module deal, wiring tmax to majesty...bring the info. I want this thing to be badass fast but reliable. So I'm gonna take the time and do it up right.

My disclaimer....I didn't know s#\ÂŁ about fuel injection 3 weeks ago so this is a GIANT learning deal for me. If anyone has read a thread around here with a fuel injection genius posting stearing them to this thread could help or put me in their direction so I can message them and bug em to death :)

Since you're already looking into Tmax parts, hunt down an injector as well.. 500cc engine should have a higher cc one

Tmax is weird. 3 cylinders. 2 run and one is a balancer. Seems like a good way to rub power with that 3rd dead cylinder. Could have just made it a tmax 750. I'm wondering if this tmax fires both those cylinders at the same time? If so the module might still work.

I'm looking through different injectors on eBay but the ignition module is the major. Anyway to roll back timing is what I'm in the hunt for. If I can roll back timing I can at least tune to the limit of my injector. I'm looking into r1, r6, yz450f and anything yamaha fuel injected for injectors.

Thanks. Keep it coming.
