Any experience with power commander tuning on where to get a bigger injector is welcome.

The turbo, waste gate, fabrication, cooler, tuner and making boost is not a problem. Two big issues I have is the map sensor is vaccum and the throttle body is cv type operated off vacuum. A turbo engine does not have vaccum with the throttle open. I'm trying to research the map sensor to see exactly how it works and may try to run the throttle body without the slide. Pretty sure my tuner will overcome the 4-6psi fuel pressure loss ill have under boost. Otherwise I may delete the factory fuel regulator for an external 1 to 1 regulator for boost. Any ideas welcome.

I was just going to leave my compression alone and do low boost. Not the way to go. I'm going down to like 9.5-1 and putting boost to this thing. Taking the dome off my forged piston and running 3 base gaskets.
I want to run 10psi or so.
I'm building all the hot side piping, mounting the turbo, get this turbo stand alone oil setup on(diesel fuel pump runs 7psi to a 1/2 quart tank and crf50 oil cooler), then ill get the 1-1 boost monitoring fuel regulator and external pump on, cold piping on and my cute little 12X6X2 thick intercooler(that Blake said was huge) on there. Add my blow off valve. Think it will calm the pulsing though having volume. Ill just not hook it up to the throttle body yet. Run it to test oiling, the exhaust, my pumps, air fuel meter and tuner.
Think I can hold my hand over the intercooler outlet and see how much boost its going to try to make. Ill have to mod my waste gate rod to make it adjustable so it does build too much.
This thing is going to have more gauges than an airplane. Turbo oil pressure, boost, air/fuel meter, exhaust temp, fuel pressure and the regular gauges.

Think ill make the slide machanical too with a cable splitter.

I'm fired up! Waiting on $. Need a sponsor lol

Is that a VZ21 or maybe the RHB31? I'm curious about the actual differences. I'm also curious to see what you come up with for your oil return. That's what has held me up with my turbo Ruck project, albeit a much smaller engine at 189cc. Careful, I blew out an oil cooler with my scavenge pump this summer, too much pressure, not free enough flow to the engine. I got it running and halfway tuned otherwise.

This get's me excited to start messing with it again! :D
