Threw some New Pro Tapers on the Zuma 125. Probably my favorite modification so far!

Damn id like to have a zuma alongside the ruckus.
What's your opinions on the Honda vs Yamaha overall fit, finish, quality etc? Cool looking bikes for having a typical scooter body and seat. :highfive: that digi camo is.cool Mike

well if you compare the 50cc models they are both high quality but I wouldnd not waste the money on the 50cc zumas
way to expensive to big bore, and still isnt as powerful

ive had not one thing go wrong with this bike mechanically and ive had it brand new since 2010
and its even big bored too

ive had problems with belts starting to go bad but I think it was a heat or belt issue
they came out with a different belt and since then still using that same one, others would start to fray at 1400 miles

and the seat, well thats better for me as I sit on the very back edge
when I had a ruck I was sitting on the rear bar

and longer seat means more storage
although the ruck has the same length of storage its unprotected which comes in handy for odd size stuff

but you cant beat the engine size on the zuma, stock its still faster then a gy6 150cc

was thinking if move the fuel tank to the back of the seat
then you can have a really low seat like a ruck
and I bet you could even chop the frame tubing and make that lower too

A year and half ago this bike was stolen from one of ‪#‎sparklemotionva‬ memeber's Dennis. When the cops found it it was in pieces and missing many parts. It broke my heart seeing it in pieces because we drove 4 hours each way to get it and countless hours working on it. I couldn't let this project die like that. So I took over because he moved to Texas and got another z125. I bought the project to make it my beater while others bike get work on. The bike was fix and put back together. While at it I upgraded many parts on it.

The first black bike was I first assembled back together. It is now white.

I am seriously considering selling my ruck and buying a z125. Just went through this whole thread they all look awesome. Anybody still offroad the stretched ones?

I wouldnt even offroad the stock one
stretched doesnt effect anything more then not stretched
unless your going over high dirt hills it could bottom out as the wheelbase is longer

suspension is shit on these bikes
