Cut the springs from the fork and use a lower shock.

Finally got my package from spmoto. Took forever and they made a mistake. Anyways got the handle bar clamps.

how much did you take out of the front springs... they say like 2 coils is enough... i took off 1 1/2'' worth of coils... who cares if you ride on bump stops. what size/brand shock is that?

I got the Hurricane kit sitting here but I'm waiting on a throttle cable before I move forward.
The rear shock is a Daytona 230 or 240. Can't remember. I took off 2 coils. It's not that bad in terms of ride quality.
