Who are you calling a geezer? It is probably just my HD background. And at this point, I would say it has turned into a stylistic class, like chopper or low rider. The tail is already bobbed: no rack, beaver tail gone and trimmed LP mount, turn sigs removed. A shorter pipe would also be accepted as bobbed.

The front already has one mirror gone and one replaced. Could also get rid of the front fender, speedo cable guide (or at least paint black), reflectors, turn sigs, and to go all out could go with flush mount headlights and shorty levers. A less is more type of thing.

Pretty much me. I hit 40 in a few months and feel a little (insert nonexistent geezer emote here).
My Grandfather married young (Grandma was 20 and he was 39), so most of my aunts and uncles were actual geezers when I was growing up, and all rode either HD's or Indians in the 30's, and bought new ones when they got back from WWII. I guess I picked up some of their mindset.

I feel you on the age bit compared to these young pups.
I'm about to turn 33 here on Labor Day.

At least I have tools and money to basically do what I want.
