Here's a cool build we did for a customer out in New York that wanted to match his Orange Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

Our customer came to us with a request that was pretty simple but want to add a few custom touches.

The Ruckus was shipped to us completely stock with a little over 100 miles.

Tear down begun to have the parts either sent out for anodizing, powder coating and paint.

Image

Easy-Off is a quick and easy way to remove anodizing off. Just make sure not to leave it on more then a few mins.

Image

Parts back from anodizing and powder coating.

We had most of the parts anodize and powder coated Anthracite Grey. The engine case was also powder coated Anthracite Grey

We went with the FLP Parts Formula 20 12x4 and 12x7.

Misc parts back from Ano and Powder.

Powdercoated the engine case grey.

The customer didn't want a crazy built motor so we opt to go with a Taida 170cc build with forged piston, ported head and T-100 cam.

We had the gas tank powder coated gloss black to get rid of the ugly raw aluminum.

Why not keep the flow and powder the tank grey?

Also are you guys planning on running the CRF MC for the rear foot brake? FYI, I used a Kawi Ninja 250 MC and it lined up perfectly.
