halo, I am new and just bought my first ruckus after being on a metro the past few years. Like the metro, I find the ruckus seat very uncomfortable. Does someone know of an alternative or a modification that would be safe? Something maybe a little better padded?

CheekySeats makes some seats with added padding for better comfort. I ordered one and am waiting on it. They have nice designs to choose from as well. There are quite a few places you can get seats from if ya google it!

_ No idea about after market seats that you can buy; But if your handy with the tools, you just make your own.

Not really that hard.

I made one for mine with wood shaped to the seat mounting bar and then put memory foam onto it with some spray glue from Walmart. the material I used is waterproof and seems to hold up to gasoline rather well considering it wasn't supposed to in the first place. I bought it from Walmart also for a few dollars.

the wood you can find at any hardware store. I used a very thin piece of sheet bord. NOT Particle board! it has to be the borad that's made up of a few thin thin layers glued together to form a firm plank.

I don't have any pictures yet but if your interested to know how it looks or how I did it then I can make some kind of tutorial.
