So I just got my ruckus a couple weeks ago. It already has some great mods and I'm looking to add a few more when it gets back from getting painted. I want to keep the stock front rack, but it doesn't seem very useful as is. Does anyone have any ideas? All I've thought of so far is an iPhone/GPS mount, but I haven't seen any attached to the rack.

*Shrug* Personally, anything that adds utility and makes my life easier increases the overall performance of the bike. Now, Engine performance is a completely different topic.

So I want to get a mount for my iPhone, but I think it feels to crowded to mount it on the handlebar. I can easily see into the rack when I'm riding, so I think that would be a better place and give the rack some utility. Does anyone have any suggestions on a mount that might fit down there? Is like to avoid any with suction cups or 3m tape.

Get a set of foot bars and use a handlebar mount down there.

yeah this is what crabb has and it looks good. its a good reference but out of the way. and that footbar has to be more stable than handlebars so less chance of it rattling off

The footbar is way too far away to view an iPhone in my opinion.

It also makes a great headlight mount.
