Both of these bikes are powder coated. Can't beat the toughness. And EVERYTHING is powdered from front frame to rear frame, just not the wheels ;)

Hey guys I am new to the forum and use to have an 03 ruck back when I was in Hawaii. They didn't mod them like this that I remember back then lol. But now that I am out of the navy I have opened a custom powder coating shop in Tucson az. I can offer 10% discounts to forum members! Check out my page on Facebook.com/burnpowdercoating for quotes and shop updates and pictures.

What about powder coating the battery box. Im aware you need to bake for powder coating. But i have heard it can be done on some plastics. Has anyone done this?

Powder coats can do pearls correct? Are they capable of color-flip or chameleon colors?

I'm looking for a shift from this to that

or this to that.

You just have to go look at what your local dudes can do. The guy I use has 500+ colors and brands.

I removed the sticker and left it off. The VIN is also engraved into frame. Block out engraved VIN before applying powder.
You can see a silver line on the side of frame in this picture......that is the VIN.
