So I have read through this thread (and multiple others) and haven't really found a good option still.

Current set up: GY6 150cc swap with a 12x7" fatty rear

I have a Yoshi tri dual tip titanium muffler with a GXSR 1000 header and it is just RIDICULOUSLY loud. I leave for work at 6:30am and have to take my car because I will wake up everyone within a 2 mile radius. I usually go home for lunch to grab it, but I want to ride it all the time. Pic of set up:

I am looking for a quiet option. So far I haven't found anything that's worthwhile, and nowadays it seems like there aren't a lot of people operating like they used to be. It's tough - hoping someone on here can help me out with this. Whether it be inserts/baffles or a new exhaust - anything at this point! I have been looking around for two days now, with barely anything to show for it. Plan on calling Rucksters on Monday as well.

HELP ME PLEASE

Hey guys,

I Feel a little stupid asking this question seeing as how I have the new 150cc GY6 engine in the closet for the swap; but F*&$ it ,.... "What is the orifice size of the exhaust outlet port on the engine?". :?: :meh:

I was going to attempt making a custom exhaust out of a hydro flask but don't know what size of pipe I should order from harbor freight to connect the engine to the muffler. :headbashing:

Any help would be appreciated.

Most GET exhaust systems will work with gy6 if you reclock the flange.

hmmm... Interesting.

I found a few options online for exhaust manifolds but I was going to attempt getting a pipe with the safe orifice size/width/I.D. as the engine exhaust outlet; not a tapering like pipe that widens and narrows differently.

not that I'm being picky but I just thought of keeping the same I.D. to help consistent/constant air flow to the muffler. I don't like variables in the mix lol
