I'm afraid if I did that right now the rats may infest your computer & life. I got the bike running & went to ride, and haven't gone back to clean up my harness. I plan on doing that this winter. The rats nest in my bbox at this point is down right scary.

the first one I did, its not taped yet, but it ran like this.. yes that date stamp on the photo is correct. I kinda had no help at that time, so it took a while to figure out.

Man, although I'm decent in figuring out electronics, those pics make me feel the $350 I spent for the ATR harness was well worth it lol.

just break it down into smaller circuts, take it a step at a time and its easy.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Building the circuits is the easy part - it's the routing and taping that makes or breaks a good harness builder. I'm halfway there, after building several Megasquirt harnesses and rewiring my Ruckus twice.

I'll post some pictures later.

Blah... pictures didn't turn out very well. I was trying out the camera on my BlackBerry. :wasted:

There's a lot of shit going on here... battery tender wires, starter cables, half-ass fuel light setup that I never really finished, etc. Definitely not the cleanest harness, but it gets the job done.

I used GM Weather Pack connectors to wire up all the controls (Zuma left-hand control, no right hand control,) the rectifier, and stator. The bigass 11-pole style rectifier fits onto the ECU bracket really well if you position it like I did. Shoot some self-tappers through the bracket and call it a day.

LOL @ ClassicCityRuckus. I should grab an unwrapped harness from my 240 and throw it under the battery box just to take a pic to scare the noobs.
