Post subject: looking to remove my airbox
PostPosted: Tue Apr 12, 2011 5:15 pm
So ive done some research and it looks like im gonna buy the following three filters to replace my stock air box.
KN RU-3490 , KN 62-1320, KN RC-0790
And a radiator hose from autozone to extend the filter from the carb
Im wondering if anyone has any advice on a different setup? Also Ive seen K&N main filters with a crome shield like the one show on Corsportusa.com Model KN 62-1513 Can I use this filter instead of the KN RC-0790?

How long ya had your set up?

Log some Test Runs ie. Hills, Straightaways etc. (GPS Preferred) see your speeds.
Then do experimenting/test.

Nice looking dog!
Don't forget to re-jet or the pooch will be faster than the Ruck.
