I've never bought from them, but I emailed them yesterday with questions.

I received a response today. They seem to have good customer service as I usually wait for days for a response these days from others.

I ordered my K&N filters for the ruck through Corsport, everything was fine and smooth, prices were excellent. My emails from them DID go to my junk mail though so everyone be on your toes for that (yahoo). The parts arrived to my door within a week of ordering them. If you've ordered from Ruckus parts only suppliers, like say battlescooter, they have a more real time inventory update... but you will also notice they frequently are out of stock on a lot of items... so Tai is correct in that it is difficult to keep up with the demand when manufacturers aren't producing and sending enough products.

I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.

Thanks we appreciate that. :banger:

Just ordered a bunch of stuff from you guys, still waiting for it all to ship, the anticipation is calling me. Only complaint might be the different multiple/shipping methods. I'm guessing some of the stuff was dropped shipped from the supplier. So I have about 4-5 packages coming, gets kinda hard to keep up with. Customer service is top notch, all e-mails answered quickly(during business hours) that's surprising rare these days.

Thanks CORSPORT,
Travis E.

Hello,

I just recieved my parts today from you guys and I've got to say that I didn't have to
pay any customs, probably because the parcel was sent as a letter. Very satisfied!
I live in Sweden for the record.

Buggy Depot will sue you if you don't like their products/service which are made by 10 year old asian boys in sweatshops.

Just want to say I put in a pretty hefty order and for the most part CorSport did as much as they could in every aspect of the order. All tracking info, answering questions, actually overnight shipping some pieces, and being available over the phone for any questions was all above and beyond what ive delt with from many other suppliers (none on TR mostly car parts over the past 5 years). I will continue to order parts threw them and the only problem I ran into was certain items being on backorder (PWJDM L.E.D taillight :pissed: :pissed: ) but thats the supplier not there fault. Keep up the good work guys :banger: :banger:

I am going to be honest, I am on the fence right now. I did get my parts, but that was because the UPS delivery man knows his route well. The road I live on goes through two towns, with the same address number being in both towns. And CoreSports did ship my bars to the wrong address. I emailed and called them about it. I revived only one email response from them telling me they shipped it to the address I provided, but they in fact shipped it to the next town over. I did NOT get a call back, a response on TR, or any more email responses. I did send them the UPS link they had sent me, and said link did have the shipping address listed as Lehighton not Weisport (Weissport being the town I live in).

I was not informed that my package did not ship from CO, but IL. Had they informed me about this, I would have understood why they would not check the shipping label for me to confirm the address being right or wrong. Instead I only received crickets when asked them to please check the shipping label on before UPS picked it up.

So I will say they get an F in customer service, but an A for price and parts in stock.

I was just going through this thread and saw that I was quoted from this post above. The member that quoted me, changed what I said. The bold text is what I typed, you can go back and read what it was changed to if you would like. You can also see that I have not edited the text in my original post.

With that being said, I have moved this year. My house is much easier to find, so there should be NO confusion about my address. So I do plan on giving Corsport another shot this summer.
