I am going to be honest, I am on the fence right now. I did get my parts, but that was because the UPS delivery man knows his route well. The road I live on goes through two towns, with the same address number being in both towns. And CoreSports did ship my bars to the wrong address. I emailed and called them about it. I revived only one email response from them telling me they shipped it to the address I provided, but they in fact shipped it to the next town over. I did NOT get a call back, a response on TR, or any more email responses. I did send them the UPS link they had sent me, and said link did have the shipping address listed as Lehighton not Weisport (Weissport being the town I live in).

I was not informed that my package did not ship from CO, but IL. Had they informed me about this, I would have understood why they would not check the shipping label for me to confirm the address being right or wrong. Instead I only received crickets when asked them to please check the shipping label on before UPS picked it up.

So I will say they get an F in customer service, but an A for price and parts in stock.

I've been waiting for a tank cover for almost 2 weeks. They say they are sorry but still have not given me a date as to when they will have it. When I ordered it, it did not say out of stock. Then they email me saying it was out of stock and it would be about a week. A week goes by and i email again and they say maybe 1-2 more weeks.....lame. About to cancel my order.

The amount of parts in the US in the ruckus parts market has been significantly reduced by the manufacturers (not the importers or distributors) and we are having delays on all sorts of products. SO yeah, sometimes things are not immediately available, but we are doing are best to communicate to our customers what is being "communicated" to us from our dealers and the manufacturers. Hopefully these manufacturers will start making, shipping and stocking the distributors and dealers more of there own products soon.

this is from WIki for the the 2007-2010 financial crisis:
"Businesses are cutting back on fixed investment and staffing but appear to be making progress in bringing inventory stocks into better alignment with sales." --- things are looking up -- but this industry got hit a bit later than most --

We are doing everything we can -- we are not lying or ignoring anyone, as the products become available again (in the quantities required) we will be shipping them. Sometimes back orders happen. Please feel free to look around and try to find a reputable dealer with the part actually in stock and you can cancel the order with us, but the reality is if we dont have it right now, its not likely anyone has it.

i do understand what you are saying with the financial crunch right now but, it would be nice to know if a part is in stock or not before i order it and i have to pay for it. it would also be nice for someone to answer the phone as well. i have tried to call on 3 separate occasions and no one answers. i'm sure that you guys are busy but waiting 3 days for an email back is a bit inconvenient sometimes.

like i said i do like your price points but, i got a response on the board right away but, have yet to get a reply from my last email 3 days ago.

We have over 8000 parts on the site, there is no realtime stock system across this industry (wish there was though), we may at times, go direct and also use multiple dealers for even a single brand. The best way to insure stock availability is via the stock check feature on the website. Please PM me your email address and order number so I can be sure we are receiving your emails, we have nothing even in our inbox from before friday... also, check your junk folder, happens all the time. Either way PM me that info and I can tell you what communication has gone out, etc.

I ordered my K&N filters for the ruck through Corsport, everything was fine and smooth, prices were excellent. My emails from them DID go to my junk mail though so everyone be on your toes for that (yahoo). The parts arrived to my door within a week of ordering them. If you've ordered from Ruckus parts only suppliers, like say battlescooter, they have a more real time inventory update... but you will also notice they frequently are out of stock on a lot of items... so Tai is correct in that it is difficult to keep up with the demand when manufacturers aren't producing and sending enough products.

I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.
