Nothing really new here, especially for the veteran tuners, I just thought it might help someone, sometime. Plus, I just like to doodle when I'm bored...
EDITSee link below for database of dimensions.

Yeah more good info from OF55, do we know where the Scooter Ninja comes in at measurement wise?

Man... We need to start a database for new belt widths, variator diameters and clutch mods so everything can be cross referenced and calculated. All this info is around, but would be super cool to be able to compare with actual numbers.

It seems trans tuning has entered a new era as of late...

I'm trying to read as much as I can wrap my head around, and always love new info.

Honorable Ninja-san measure 97.3mm.
I know Sprocket likes to run a Gates or Bando with his SN, which pretty much shoots my theory full of holes. That's why it's a theory!

yeah he does prefer the two, and he swaps em out every 1k! :banger: but i can attest to the SN & gates as a good combo, my belt should be about broken in by now..

That would be nice, I know the info's on here somewhere, but it's scattered all over the place.
We need someone to consolidate and correlate - maybe someone who teaches statistics - Mx P-Dub, are you listening?? :D

Being a Yammy guy, here's where I get confused OG.....when I hear people mention Gates or whatever belts, those r just manufacturers....i never hear people mention belt sizes (length, width, angle) wouldnt the size, not the manufacturer make the difference in reaching the variator/clutch combo's full potential? :?:

Here the one I'm running per sprockets recommendation

I'm sure belt dimensions are as important as variator dimensions...

I didnt care much for the SN+Gates combo.
My gates is on a shelf with parts and I use a SN+Daytona combo.

I'm still learning but its what was recommended to me by one of the fastest GETs in Orlando, so I took his advice with my parts so far.

I think I may still have the cardboard thingy in my garage.
I'll look tomorrow to see if the measurements are on it.

I think I have the gates too, but I see you have posted the same one I have anyway.
