I wish I was hip with the times and had the equipment and the time to do that sort of thing. Unfortunately I will have to leave that up to someone who gets a motor and does it themself. I am about to ship another engine out this week to Risingsunruck.

On a scale of 1-10 how difficult is this to put back together for someone w/ no mechanical background? I've made some mods to the ruck, nothing too crazy just yet. I'm still trying to figure out my jetting.

About a 5. All you have to do is bolt the motor back up and replug in the electrical....Thats it.

What are you doing with the fluids? Shipping with coolant and oil?

No, I'm not.

Well, I figured he already knew how to put the fluids in. I just lested the "harder" tasks in reinstalling the engine. Once done everything is a bolt in affair.

Just checking. I think it's a pretty easy swap over myself, but I've done it a few times now. TR did have a member forget to add oil after putting together a big bore engine, so make sure you don't forget that step.

I love my big bore motor. Just the right balance of speed/acceleration for my needs.

Ouch, that would suck. Is re-setting or anything needed?

I include a sheet stating that oil and all fluids are not included
