Guidelines:
Use the product name for the thread title.
The review has to be at least two paragraph long, be interesting and informative to read, and related to the scene, don't do a review on Wallmart or how you hate Verizon. No drive by reviews, no lazy three line long reviews. Include details like price, shipping, availability, anything that a person looking to buy this product would find useful.
Include at least one good picture of the product taken by you that clearly shows the product being reviewed.
Pro and Con breakdown at the end.
You cannot do a review if you sell or are involved financially with the product being reviewed, but you can answer questions.
Absolutely no threadjacking, pornography or any sort of douchbagery, questions and answers must be on point.
Check for an existing product review before starting a new one. Additional reviews for the same product from other members should be added to the existing one and follow the same guideline as above.
Reviews that do not meet the above requirements will get deleted. We want the section to be helpful for users researching products.

Anyone got one? This would be a helmet that has bluetooth capable built in. You can use it to pair it with your phone or with your itouch. price deiff is like 50 bucks so its not too bad. one thing is good if the passenger in the back had it we can communicate without pressing a button

what are your thoughts?

I've been looking recently, but ALL of them have horrible reviews.

this one doesn't seem too bad and the price is reasonable

That's what I've heard also^ bad reviews. I like the idea of being able to listen to some music from my itouch but wouldn't connect it to my phone. I dial a phone rarely in my car and hate myself for doing so, I like 100% attention to driving.

Forget bluetooth. The graytoof is the way better! they make the wireless harnesses out of that stuff.

I looked into that helmet, I'm on the fence on it, I may just order it and try it out instead of buying the chatterbox xbi2 bluetooth setup.

I was diggin the black/blue/pink colorway they have, matches some sneakers i rock. but i'll be getting the black/white/red since the ruck is red.

My buddy and I both have the VCan BLINC bluetooth helmets...

Build quality (compared to my scorpion) is decent at best...

Sound quality/loudness is pretty good- I wasn't expecting much but, surprisingly, Pandora internet radio sounds pretty good through my phone's bluetooth connection.

I got mine @ BestBuy.com but I'm not sure if they sell them anymore; try searching "Blinc" on the site...

Instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd give this one a shot.

Bluetooth is an awesome feature and I'd like to have it. Not so much for music, but maybe bike to bike purposes and especially GPS cause I suck with directions.

I've always wanted to give the Blinc helmets a shot but every single one I've fitted never worked out for me.

So my question is:
What are your guys' view on the XBI2 vs. the Scala Rider G4 units? Both look cool (as far as design goes). But which one packs better features? Specifically, any of you Android phone users have good experiences with these units as far as GPS and/or Pandora through BT, WHILE using intercom mode? Most importantly, how about the ergonomics and ease of use for the unit itself (button placement, easy to find buttons while wearing gloves, amount of buttons)?

What are your good/bad experiences with these units?

Gladly taking recommendations as well.
