The hub certainly looks better with the ring installed.
The 450 is an fi motor isn't it? How were you planning on tuning for boost? |
Nah it is a carb setup. _________________ Lightened Flywheels

| Man, you would be an awesome friend to have if the apacolypse goes down and everything goes Mad Max. You would be able to build the best battle rides. We would RUN the Thunderdome! |

Well, today was yet another really fun day...
The rear wheel arrived! So, we slapped on a rear tire, put some air in it, and mocked it up, and everything fit perfectly!
So... with all the talk lately about wide rears, here is how Panducky does WIIIIIDE Rears
Its hard to take a picture of, but the wheel is a high performance injection-molded carbon fiber composite wheel made by a company called 'HiPer Racing'... It is SUPER lightweight, and very very strong. The beadlock it has on it right now is black, but this Ruckus will have Red lock rings on it whenever they get here
And thats about all that got done today... lol! I'm getting my car ready for a race this weekend, so i may or may not be able to get anything done on the Ruckus tomorrow either.
Oh, and in case anyone is curious, i have an extra one of these rear wheels that will be finding its way onto my other Ruckus... and we MAY have a kit for it coming out soon So... Panducky Wide Rear kit available with or without the beadlock... but the beadlock looks SOOO cool _________________ John.W

SJ: Damn right!
LiteW8: The beadlock wheel with all hardware, including the beadlocks and all the hardware for them, only weighs in at juuust under 8lbs... the tire alone weighs 13lbs. The non-beadlock version of this wheel would of course be considerably less weight, but the beadlock is too damn cool... lol!
Pome: Thanks man! I just know i can't wait till its done, so that i can ride the beast... haha! _________________ John.W

Yeah but I can't legally run a beadlock in Colorado so it's nice to know that option is there if you make a kit. Because that wheel is the shit! _________________

LiteW8: Ya the non-beadlock is definitely an option for you then
ruck_off: The wheel is 9.5" wide from side-to-side, and 8.25" wide from inner bead surface to inner bead surface... its wiiiiiide _________________ John.W

That thing is sofa king we todd did. It's for sure going to be one insane unit when done. I am just waiting to see this thing fly, what kind of wings are you going to be putting on it? You should have a shirt made up saying "Insanity Is Nothing" kind of like Wan's famous T. _________________ Pure Ruck Fury
