Allow me be the first to tell you that you need a wider rear tire to go with that rim. _________________ "Work is the curse of the drinking class." -Oscar Wilde

Fuckin sik mang! Your Ruck's coming together nicely. Can't wait to see more pics of it. Those rear brake lights are smooth too! Congrats on being the first Ruck in the U.S. with the Fat rim and tire! |

that shit is sick, true to that, the pic doesnt do it any justice, u gotta see it in person, it looks like it needs a wider tire but it doesnt, any wider will ruin its cornering abilities/ slow the ruck, this set up is meant so u can do twisties w/ out losing speed, its the new look, thumbs up to jason @BSS for fabing this kit up, good job SIII for installing the kit yourself, sorry i couldnt help at the time... |

Seriously, I give HUGE props to this build up (and for keeping it so quiet). But that stretched tire has to go. It looks SO dangerous. Hit a pothole wrong and you are going to find yourself and your baby sliding one direction on the pavement and the tire flying off in the other. I have to imagine there's like 100psi in there to keep the bead seated on the rim.
Call me a hater or devil's advocate, whatever, but I don't like it and I hope you don't get hurt trying to look cool. Pretty lame attitude for a 23 year old to have right? _________________ "Work is the curse of the drinking class." -Oscar Wilde

To back him (and LiteW8) up, that is the rage in Japan, and has been for years.
On top of that, Mexicans and mini-truck enthusiasts have been stretching tires out for a long long time, it's not right, but it works.
It also allows you to turn. |
