Yes I lost my camera

I'm sorry for that I can't show you the beautiful Charleston's streets

Yesterday when I came into the Savannah I saw the sign of Georgia state line on the bridge

I tried to take a picture. I set my camera on a parapet with a tripot

I thought it might fall down if big truck pass through

but I kept going

after I took a picture when I went to the camera

really big truck passed through and my camera fell into the Savannah River.

Then I met zombot

he is a nice guy and he doesn't look dangerous than I thought

(different with his picture) ^^

then I went to the river to find my camera

I wanted to save my memory card at least

I was memorizing where my camera fell down

When I got there there were some people around the river.

Wan : "Do you know how deep this river is"?

X : "I have no idea. Why? you want to swim in there? haha"

Wan : "I have to" -_-

X : " I never seen a alligator in this river yet"

I changed my clothes, wore the water glasses and came into the river.

People watched me and I knew they thought me crazy

The river was deep and dirty. I searched for 30minuets but I couldn't find my camera. alligator either.

after that, I tried to find a hostel

but it was expensive. It was 40$ for one day

so I decided to sleep in my tent

I went to the Burger King

actually I went to the Burger King's restroom

I washed my hair and face (river smells like shit -_-)


It was already dark

so when I set my tent around some bush area I didn't know that it was next to the rail road

I couldn't sleep well because of train sound.

and this morning I was confined in my tent because it rained

and now I'm waiting for zombot

This is my life~ I'm fine

and I'm really happy to know that everybody wants to help me

but dont worry about the camera

It was my fault. on my responsibility

I'm really thank you guys try to help me


anyway my next plan is..

I'm going to stay with zombot today

and I'll go to the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge tomorrow

I've never seen a alligator actually so I hope I can see it

Then I'll go to the Jacksonville after tomorrow

You guys are my motive power of my trip

is there anyway that you can buy a little point and shoot digital camera? It would be aweful if you couldn't document the rest of your journey

as i told loopyeddie, it is not out of pity or obligation, but from friends of the ruckus!

Wan is doing something we all have daydreamed about, and he's not making a very big deal about it.....so for him to lose his only real means of recording the adventure so early on his trip, well, that's just terrible. so we have to help, and there is no other reason.......other than that we all still want to see pictures and updates of the journey!
