I can post info.
Cricket has expanded areas of coverage. Intercity use is now available
for $5 extra a month. You can take your Cricket to many cities,
now.
T-mobile: gets a, D- for their variable pricing tactic and rounding off
minutes for which the customer has PREPAID.
My experience w/ prepay t-mobile was disappointing. They
change WITHOUT NOTICE, the cost of the minutes AFTER you
buy $100 worth of minutes for 10 cents a minute to qualify
under their "Golden Rewards" (whose to say, Golden
SHOWER might be a better name for the program) applies..
You have to keep buying $50 or more to keep the rate. If
you purchase lower amounts you pay, 15 cents per minute.
They DON'T publish this on any of their receipts or
advertisements.
IF you page someone, it costs a minute; even though, the call
might take 30 seconds. Kind of reaching into your pocket and
turning over the contents.
T-mobile gets a D-; especially for
Not sharing consumer information with the customer, rate
change tactic, and rounding off minutes.

about 2500 miles out of them. Might find leather covers
for them to make them last, and look MACHO!!!

vastly improves the fit. The Army has adopted the kit; the
Marines have not yet provided this kit. This organization is
financed by donations only. The kit is about, $72 each.
Inexpensive fix for such a savings in lives, costs of recovery.
Worthwhile for any who want to support the troops; no matter
their position on our involvement in the regions.

How can you update the STICKY? As I find more usefull sites would like to expand them. Might even add notes about the individual sites, as we get experience of transactions, etc.

Here's a good one for online parts lookup and, unlike RonAyers, they have the '05 Big Ruckus fiche and parts. They are also wholesale.

Thanks for the suggested site, Hitech. I added it to the list above. Good to get suggestions from folks with experience with different sites. Might work better to PM me with the info when found to save bandwith on this site. Not sure if that is an issue. _________________ "A tyrant must put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion.

Great job but some of the sites are in Japanese. How does one convert to English text?

Some of them were articles from Japanese Magazines and some suppliers that are based in, Japan. Contact Battlescooter for some of the items shown on the Japanese sites. Not all are available, here. _________________ "A tyrant must put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion.

Thanks. It sure would be nice to be able to read product descriptions and hyperlink labels on those sites. Battlescooter has some add-ons and accessories but I notice that the Japanese web sites have a ton more accessories and cosmetics. I think Honda and other part suppliers would do well to start offering more aftermarket products for the BR.

I like making my own accessories as they make it more an individual look. There are many, bicycle, car, truck, and motorcycle items that can be used (saddlebage, lights, horns, reflectors, etc.) Sometimes items that fit only one model are very pricey; so, get your creative juices flowing and MODIFY it. Post the photos in the garage area or detailing and style forums on this site.
I've talked to many dealers and they are wondering why, Honda doesn't supply them. It's bizarre that they hide the BR from the public. They don't advertise it or take it to MC shows. I guess they make much less money on them than their more luxury models. I posted a list of improvements before and if they would do them they would make more money on the BR. ABS is a paticular want that IS profitable. _________________ "A tyrant must put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion.

I have been scouring internet cycle sites and also auto parts stores for ANY kind of accessories for my scoot, and I agree most accessories need to be modified or customized to the BR, I also agree with you, these modifications DO make each scooter individualized and unique. I guess that's what BR owners are relegated to until Honda starts realizing that BR owbers are a significant consumer group. I think the scarcity of accessories can also be attributed to the relatibe newness of the BR model, but you'd think that with the intro of the BR they'd also promote an accessory line. The absence of an accessory product line may also be attributed to the actual vendors and dealers who feel there isn't much demand for these products. I think WE know better.

I can't understand they MISS a targetted group. If someone is willing to spend so much on a scooter, wouldn't they want extra goodies for it? You'd think they would. Especially the windsheilds and legsheilds WHICH, should be stock anyway. _________________ "A tyrant must put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion.
